https://manabernardes.com/2024/hqzt0o6xxk5 I keep getting emails from comrades and friends across the States, talking about a feature that ran in this fall’s issue of The Drake.  I haven’t been able to track down a copy myself, but am excited to take a peek.

The end result can be seen in The Drake.

Here is Washington, things continue to swirl.  I’m working to find my feet out here, and, as sometimes happens, finding the oddest – and coolest – contacts in the strange places.  I’m still living out of a duffel bag (Hey, I’ve done it for the past 18 months.  I won’t know what to do when I pull my stuff from storage in Texas.  Someday.) and rolling with the punches.

Hey Jess,

Great articles. Particularly the Madison one. Nice work. It’s certainly generating some discussion here in Ennis.

I’m curious though…where are you getting/seeing feedback on the Madison Article? I can’t find anything on the American Angler web-site about it. I’d love to join any conversation there may be.

Thanks

Best,

ML

Hey Mike,

Thanks much; couldn’t have done the Madison one without you. Can’t thank you enough.

I’ve been getting direct emails from people about the article; I know several people have said they will be writing letters to the editor of American Angler and comment there. As you’ve seen, there’s not much of an online comment portal.

I’d love to hear a bit about the discussion going on in Ennis!

Hope you’re well and staying warm over there!

Best,

Jess
