Sometimes you just have to experiment a little. Low light, off-color skies, a very low shutter speed, and some hand-held camera movement resulted in this interesting image. I like the various shadows that appeared on the panels, the vibrant blue color outside, and the odd little streak of fluorescent green that appeared along the bottom of the image.
