Loaded up the gear and took off to Luling, Texas, for an evening of fresh air and horses. Shelley and her Quarab mare were perfect models, the weather was ideal, and the facility was nice and quiet. We met about an hour and a half before sunset and high clouds provided warm, filtered light for an almost ideal setting.

To answer, I have been stranded in Austin sans camera gear and photo library. The front brakes on the Suby needed urgent work and an afternoon repair turned into a multi-day ordeal.
