go I received a rather excited call from family the other day letting me know that the photo issue of Cowboys & Indians magazine is out unexpectedly early.  I would not know this, however, since it’s been nearly a week since I made it out of the barn and into town.

follow url At any rate, Cowboys & Indians approached me this past winter and informed me that they wanted me to be one of their featured photographers of the year.  Naturally, I was thrilled.  I was more than thrilled… think I was on the high from the news for more than a week.

enter An interview and many photo exports later, the article is out.  Be sure to check out the feature in the March Photography issue… and you can also read another version of the feature on the online site.  I was thrilled with the images they chose for the article – most of them were very early work for me, that I took within the first few months of owning my gear.

enter Thanks, Jennifer… this was such a fun project to work on. Very weird being on the “interviewee” side of things, however; I’m more comfortable behind the notepad!
