A lazy, brisk Sunday morning climbing in Austin.
Spent a few hours climbing at Seismic Wall here in Austin yesterday morning. Austin – believe it or not – was under a winter storm warning, and the running joke of the day was that everyone’s hardcore quotient had risen after climbing in the sleet.
I kind of raised an eyebrow, but hey, whatever. Not many people have climbed in Austin in the sleet.
Lighting was less than ideal for images but I brought home a few casual photographs.
On another, more exciting note, it looks like I will be undertaking two cross-country trips in a few weeks. The mileage should cure my aching for a road trip – something like 7,000 miles in a week. More details to come soon… I’m so ready.
