Spring and Social

follow url I’m sitting here, a hot cup of coffee at one elbow and a rather insistent (and damp) Border Collie nudging at my other with big, hopeful eyes. Outside, rain is dripping from the roof to the porch in a steady cascade and I have to pull myself away from watching it with a smile. Spring is here, and that’s my summer fishing water dripping to the ground. I’ve been up working since 5AM but, hell, it’s a good morning.

watch There are a lot of things in the works right now. I just returned from the Orvis Guide Rendezvous — look for a write-up to run on ChiWulff soon — and have a week here in Bozeman before I fly to Texas for two weeks for various projects and meetings. Busy is good. I don’t do well when I’m bored. Never have. But for this morning I’ll wade through email and enjoy watching the water make its journey downward.
