Water in Its Various Forms

by Editor on November 9, 2009

I captured this image of the Gallatin River during the second real snow of the fall.  I love the contradiction between the water, shelf ice, and snow.

Water in many of its various forms.

Dark and light.

The way the falling snow leads the eye downward to the icy river.

The river rocks glistening underneath the clear water of the mountain river.

Just a unique picture all around and a great day in the Gallatin Range.
