Heading Out

source site Getting ready to head out of town – always, always a good thing. I have to work a quick shift in San Marcos and then will stage gear up to Austin. Plans are to depart for Montana sometime in the wee hours of the morning tomorrow. I’m counting the minutes.

go to link The plan is to spend three days each on the Gallatin, Madison, and Missouri, with an additional three days spend in Yellowstone. So far the weather forecast looks promising with highs in the 60s-70s and lows in the high 30s. We are bringing along a cataraft and I’m hoping for some compelling river shots.
