Drying Off (and Out)

by Fire Girl Jess on May 4, 2014

Foggy morning on the Puget Sound.

Foggy morning on the Puget Sound.

Drying the rods, waders, jackets, hat and camera gear off after a rather cold, wet and windy day exploring the Battenkill with Jackie, one of my fellow Orvis fly fishing girls.

While we never say the hatches coming off we were hoping for, and couldn’t feel our fingers to change flies, I was able to get some pretty fun images of the afternoon.

Coming your way soon.

For now, here’s an image of another cold day on the water (on the other side of the country): fishing the Puget Sound last spring with a friends Steven and Justin.
